Function
It minimizes the damage to the Radiator & Oil cooler caused by debris on the road and the clogging of the Radiator & Oil cooler fins caused by airborne dust.

Both sides are coarsely patterned for ventilation.
"The surface area is designed in consideration of both cooling efficiency and protection performance.

Design
High-precision Honeycomb mesh pattern is adopted by etching process.
A finer mesh pattern is cut in the center as the debris picked up by the tires tend to merge towards the centre. This creates a more reliable guard.

The Vital logo is precisely cut and placed in the middle of the Radiator guard without any noticable distraction of the honeycomb pattern.

Biological honeycomb mesh pattern increases the opening area by about 15% on both sides and 30% on the center compared to general hexagonal mesh pattern.
It provides excellent protection while ensuring a reliable cooling effect.

Quality
Made of stainless steel (SUS304) which is resistant to aging and rust.
The plate thickness is set at t=0.8mm to ensure durability despite its light weight.
